The Operations Team is a diverse team engaged in supporting the day-to-day operation to ensure the cluster operates effectively and delivers results of a high quality.

The Cluster Manager has day-to-day operational responsibility for the innovation cluster including managing the processes and activities in line with the cluster strategic platform. The Cluster Manager also facilitates the interaction and cooperation between the partners.

From time to time Project Managers will be appointed to manage collaboration projects that the Cluster undertakes. Project Managers are managed by the Cluster Manager and report to the Steering Committee or Board on project activities, progress, risks and expenditure against pre-approved budgets.
